How do I get my tickets?

An email should arrive in your inbox and that contains your tickets.

My tickets haven’t arrived

Not to worry drop us an email aaron[at]newnotions.co and we’ll be happy to sort you out.

Do I need to print my tickets?

No. Please think of the trees before printing. You can show your ticket on your phone.

Do you do birthday bookings?

Get in touch, we’re always up for a bit of cake and balloons. 

Are tickets refundable?

Sorry, we only issue refunds on tickets if we cancel the screenings. Click here for our refunds policy.

Is there an intermission?

We don’t interrupt the movies with an intermission. Dependending on the venue there is the opportunity to buy food and drinks before the film starts.

What time do you start?

We kick off on the stated time advertised, rain or sunshine. Please arrive on time, we wouldn’t want you missing out!

Is there any food or drink?

Food is dependent on the venue. The details of what is on offer will be on the event listing or Facebook.

How do I submit my film to New Notions?

We love receiving films for consideration to be a part of our programme. We accept shorts and feature films.
