your name, email address, and sometimes postal address if you purchase a product, an event or workshop ticket. New Notions does not store card details. Payments for these bookings are processed through Stripe’s secure, PCI-compliant payment processing system.

Regarding the sharing of your data
We do use other companies services to, host our website (Squarespace), process ticket bookings (Picatic), process payments (Stripe), manage customer relationships (Airtable), send email marketing (Mailchimp), and to collect website user information (Google Analytics).
We may sometimes share anonymised personal information in strictly limited ways with other organisations, particularly British Film Institute and Film Hub NI. We only do this to analyse our audience development programmes, ticket sales and funding to understand the impact of the public investment made in New Notions.
We never share any personal data you provided us with event partners. We provide our customers with the ability to opt in or opt of our mailing list.
